Edward Olive provides high-level executive communication coaching, professional English language instruction, public speaking training, accent reduction, and related professional consulting services («Services»). Services may be delivered in person, online via web conference, or at client facilities.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
- Website Content: All text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, frameworks, software, and audio/video content on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Edward Olive or its licensors and are protected under Spanish, European, and international copyright and trademark laws.
- Training Materials: Materials provided to clients during coaching or training sessions are for the client’s personal or internal corporate use only. Reproduction, redistribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of training materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Bookings, Scheduling, and Cancellations
- Scheduling: Coaching sessions and training programs must be scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- Unless otherwise agreed in a separate service contract, clients must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule an individual session without penalty.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
- Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that an instructor needs to reschedule a session due to illness or emergency, reasonable notice will be provided, and the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
4. Fees, Payment Terms, and Refunds
- Fees: Rates for training programs, executive coaching packages, and consulting are set out in individual service proposals, invoices, or quotes.
- Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt or within the specific timeframe indicated on the invoice. Payment must be cleared prior to commencing training sessions unless corporate credit terms have been formally agreed.
- Refunds: Fees paid for completed coaching or custom training programs are non-refundable. For pre-paid multi-session packages, unused sessions may be refunded or credited on a pro-rata basis subject to the terms of the individual agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete contact and billing information.
- Actively participate and arrive punctually for scheduled sessions.
- Maintain professional conduct during all instructional and coaching interactions.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the sensitive nature of executive coaching and corporate communications. Any proprietary information, internal corporate strategy, or personal details disclosed by the client during training sessions will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior authorization, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Informational Purpose: The content on this Website and instruction provided during coaching are for educational and professional development purposes only. While every effort is made to deliver highest-quality instruction, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, examination scores, or business deals.
- Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edward Olive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, this Website or our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service in question.
